This error may also occur when you cannot start a programme or receive too many error messages.
Reverting the database
To restore your database, make sure you upgrade your software to the latest version (5.0.86 or latest). The software of this version has a built-in menu which helps you to revert to the old database, whether is it saved manually or automatically.
